Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Teaching teams and workplace how to focus on each other's strengths and accommodate (adjust for) our weaknesses.

A practical, inspiring session that introduces the fundamentals of neurodiversity and why it matters in today’s workplaces. Participants learn how neurodiversity fits into the broader conversation on disability, self-accommodation techniques, and practical strategies for fostering a more inclusive work environment. Customizable for any field or industry.

Mental Health Recovery: Leading From Lived Experience

Mental health recovery: "A process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential."

An insightful and vulnerable session on mental health recovery. Using Sierra’s mental health recovery story, this presentation explores the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration’s (SAMHSA) working definition of recovery, emphasizing the key dimensions of Health, Home, Purpose, and Community. Great for keynotes.

Questify Your Life: Gamification and Positive Psychology for Enjoyable Self-Improvement

In this fun and interactive session, Sierra blends evidence-based techniques with gamification to bring a sense of adventure, accomplishment, and play to everyday life. The presentation introduces the foundations of gamification and positive psychology and demonstrates how they can be used to create a flexible, personalized “Questify Your Life” system. The tone is playful, courageous, and inspirational.

Participants learn Sierra’s three-step process for quest creation: mapping the journey, establishing the character, and designing fulfilling quests. She shares real-world examples from her own life and invites the audience to try quests of their own.
