Frequently Asked Questions
My general process is as follows:
- Initial Contact – Email me at Sierra@QuestifyYourLife.com and/or schedule a free consultation call to find a time to connect.
- Collaborative Discussion – We discuss the details of your project, including the who, what, when, where, how much, and why.
- Proposal & Contract – I send a contract (unless you elect to draft one) that includes a proposed timeline, agenda, presentation description, learning objectives, biography, and headshot.
- Review & Confirmation – You review and confirm or request edits to the proposal.
- Final Materials & Invoice – About a week before the event, I send my slides and an invoice.
- Presentation – The best part! I deliver engaging, insightful content tailored to your audience.
It depends. My speaking and consulting fees range from $0 – $20,000 based on various factors, including:
- The event type and scope of the project
- Your organization’s budget
- Required travel days
- Audience size and engagement
I strive to make my content accessible while also making a living as a speaker and consultant on disability, mental health, and neurodiversity. Whenever possible, I request a speaker’s fee and travel expenses.
I am currently working on a speaker’s reel, but it will not be finished for a while.
In the meantime, here are two videos that showcase my passion for sharing knowledge:
- One of my earliest speaking engagements (2020) – This was recorded during one of my first professional speaking opportunities. Read More
- My first-ever YouTube video – While my video production skills are still evolving, this video highlights my enthusiasm and commitment to delivering valuable information. Link
My speaking and consulting services are polished and high-quality, so do not let the rough production of these early videos fool you. I bring engaging, impactful, and well-researched content to every event.
I use gamification techniques, positive psychology research, and neurodiversity principles to make life more fun and manageable. Over the years, I’ve developed a multi-tiered system where I create quests to focus on values-based goals.
The goal? To encourage goal completion in a way that is playful, creative, and engaging.
I also offer gamified life coaching! If you’re interested in working with me one-on-one to apply these strategies to your life, reach out at [QuestifyYourLife.com] to learn more.
