Want to know more about my work?
I’m the founder of Questify Your Life LLC, where I work to transform how society views and supports disability, mental health, and neurodiversity. Starting as a freelance public speaker and disability advocate in 2020, I’ve used my personal experiences as a disabled individual to educate, inspire, and drive meaningful change. In early 2024, I formalized my business and transitioned to full-time public speaking, workshops, and consulting.
I also actively advocate for mental health. I serve as Minnesota’s representative on NAMI’s Peer Leadership Council, an advisory council to NAMI’s national board. Additionally, I represent consumers of mental health services on the Minnesota State Advisory Council on Mental Health, ensuring their voices are heard in state decision-making.
At Questify Your Life LLC, I offer dynamic public speaking engagements to challenge conventional perspectives and motivate action. My workshops are interactive and practical, equipping participants with strategies to support neurodivergent and disabled individuals in their organizations. Through consulting, I help businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofits develop inclusive policies, implement accommodations, and create impactful training programs.
Additionally, “Questify Your Life” is a system, a mental schema, that I create content about, which uses gamification and positive psychology techniques to treat life more like a quest to make it easier to go after my most adventurous goals.
My approaches combines lived experience, research-based insights, and a passion for advocacy. I believe in storytelling’s power to change minds, using my platform to elevate often-overlooked voices. Whether engaging with leaders, guiding workshops, or advising on best practices, my goal is to make a lasting impact.
