I currently live in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I am currently working on a speaker’s reel, but it will not be finished for a while.
In the meantime, here are two videos that showcase my passion for sharing knowledge:
- One of my earliest speaking engagements (2021) – This was recorded during one of my first professional speaking opportunities.
- My first-ever YouTube video – While my video production skills are still evolving, this video highlights my enthusiasm and commitment to delivering valuable information.
My speaking and consulting services are polished and high-quality, so do not let the rough production of these early videos fool you. I bring engaging, impactful, and well-researched content to every event.
Questify Your Life is a system I created that uses gamification techniques and positive psychology research to make life more fun and doable. After years of doing this, I created a multi-tiered system where I create quests in my life to focus on the goals I value. The goal of this is to encourage goal completion in a form that is fun, with an emphasis on the importance of play and creativity.
This system is roughly split up into three parts: Journey, Character, and Quests.
I initially started creating this system to navigate the beginning of my mental health recovery journey in 2019. Since then, I have used variations of the system to help me navigate my neurodivergence and disabilities while finishing my undergraduate degree, getting into law school, graduating from law school, becoming an attorney, and building my own business.
Plus, the system helped me complete a variety of side quests along the way.
