Process & Pricing

My Speaking & Booking Process

Step 1:
Connect With Me

Choose the option that works best for your workflow:

Step 2:
Discovery Call

We’ll discuss your goals, audience needs, accessibility considerations, and desired outcomes.

Step 3:
Custom Speaking Proposal & Agreement

You’ll receive a draft speaking agreement and presentation proposal for your review, outlining:

  • Topic(s) and session format
  • Proposed agenda
  • Scope of work
  • Customization details
  • Travel logistics
  • Pricing and payment information

Step 4:
Preparation & Collaboration

I refine the presentation based on your feedback and finalize accessibility, run-of-show, and technology details.

Optionally, we will find time to meet a few weeks before the event to confirm event details.

Step 5:
Event Delivery

I bring a blend of lived experience, legal insight, storytelling, interactivity, and practical skills your audience can apply immediately.

Speaking Fees and Pricing Information

My pricing reflects the education, experience, and lived experience required to teach topics related to neurodiversity, disability inclusion, and mental health recovery.

Speaker Fee Range: $1,000-$10,000

Fees vary depending on many factors:

  • Event type (keynote, workshop, CLE, training series)
  • Time commitment and preparation required
  • Degree of customization
  • Audience size and engagement level
  • Travel days (if applicable)
  • Organizational budget

Virtual Presentation Fee Range: $1,000-$5,000

Virtual presentations designed to meet your audience where they are. Whether you’re hosting an internal lunch-and-learn, an ERG event, or a large-scale virtual conference, I always aim to deliver the same energy, expertise, and interactive experience online as I do in the room. Contact me to discuss if I am the right fit for your event!

In-person Fee Range: $2,000-$10,000

I love an in-person event! There’s nothing like being in the room with an audience that wants to learn and grow.

Travel: Local travel within the Twin Cities metro is complimentary. For events outside the metro, travel expenses are typically the responsibility of the client and will be outlined in our speaker agreement.

Nonprofits, Schools, and Limited-Budget Organizations

If you are part of a nonprofit, school, community organization, or group with a limited budget, please reach out anyway. I set aside a few slots a month for reduced and sometimes free speaking events. If the mission aligns and I have availability, I will do my best to find a way to make it work.

SPECIAL OFFERS:

Neurodiversity + Leadership Adventure Package: $10,000

This unique package combines an in-person neurodiversity presentation with a nationally recognized neurodiversity educator and a tabletop role-playing team-building experience. Plus a virtual follow-up to make sure the neurodiversity learning actually sticks and your team has a chance to reflect and to ask questions. It’s designed for organizations that want something unique, meaningful, and fun.

What’s included:

Neurodiversity in the Workplace: Strategies for Effective Collaboration and Success: An in-person presentation that can work as a keynote, breakout session, leadership retreat feature, or conference main stage. A 60- or 90-minute presentation that lays the foundation of neurodiversity in the workplace. We’ll get on the same page about what neurodiversity means, how to build environments where everyone has a chance to focus on their strengths and accommodate (adjust for) their weaknesses, and learn practical strategies your audience can start using right away.

The Leadership Adventure: A Tabletop Team-Building Experience: Think Dungeons & Dragons meets corporate team-building. This in-person, tabletop roleplaying experience is designed from the ground up to be accessible to brand-new players while being engaging for anyone who’s ever rolled a die before. Your team will work together to solve challenges, navigate decisions under pressure, and lead through uncertainty – all the things great leadership requires, just with lower stakes and more imagination and playfulness. It’s a corporate well-being offering unlike anything else on the market.

Virtual Follow-Up: A 60-minute virtual session to revisit key themes from the neurodiversity presentation, answer questions, and give your team space to reflect on what they learned.

The Neurodiversity + Leadership Adventure Package is a limited edition offering. Only 10 organizations per year get access to this experience, so reach out sooner rather than later to check availability for your event.

The Neurodiversity Series: $8,500

If you’re ready to go beyond a one-time neurodiversity training and want something customized to your workplace, this is the package for you.

The Neurodiversity Series was originally designed for law firms and has now been customized to work in almost any professional environment.

What’s included:

Neurodiversity in the Workplace: Strategies for Effective Collaboration and Success: A 60- or 90-minute presentation that lays the foundation of neurodiversity in the workplace. We’ll get on the same page about what neurodiversity actually means in a professional context, how to build environments where everyone can figure out how to do their best work, and practical strategies your team can start using right away.

Follow-Up for Attorneys/Leadership: A 60-minute informal Q&A-style conversation designed specifically for attorneys and leadership. This is a space to dig deeper, ask the questions you didn’t get to ask in the room, and think through how these concepts apply to your specific roles and responsibilities.

Follow-Up for Business Professionals & Staff: A 60-minute follow-up session tailored for non-attorney professionals and staff (because I know that it can be intimidating to ask for help when leadership is watching). Same format, open, conversational, and grounded in real experiences and real questions.

Questions for follow-up sessions can be gathered in advance so I can come prepared with responses and resources that are relevant to your people and your workplace culture.
